Rules for registration

Please carefully read all of the rules to ensure you are able to meet the requirements
  1. This Seva is available only for male members. Volunteers will have to stay for two days and  maximum Twenty (20) members will be allowed.
  2. Registration is compulsory. No volunteer will be allowed to participate without registration.
  3. You can choose any two days as per the available dates. In case of cancellations we will reach out to you with confirmation.
  4. Advance intimation is compulsory in case you are not able to join the last moment due to unforeseen circumstances which would help us to give other volunteers a chance to do Seva.
  5. Members joining will have to make their own travel arrangements to reach and return from Tirth.
  6. Request all the volunteers to travel with least possible baggage and their ID proof.
  7. Management will not be responsible for theft or loss of personal belongings.
  8. All attending volunteers should reach tirth by 07:00 AM on the Seva date.
  9. Food & Accommodation on tirth will be arrangements by organizers.
  10. Tirth places wearing decent clothes only.
  11. Volunteers have to strictly follow the rules & regulations of Derasar, Dharmsala & Bhojansala.
  12. The management reserves the right to change the rules at any point of time without prior notice & the same has to be honored by all the volunteers.
