1. Online Donations
Charan Sparsh Parivar Trust accepts online donations via secure payment gateways.
A confirmation and receipt will be sent to your registered email.
2. Tax Exemption
Donations are eligible for exemptions as per Section 12AB of the Income Tax Act (if applicable).
Donors must provide PAN and contact details.
3. Refunds
Refunds are issued only if:
- A duplicate payment was made
- A technical error resulted in an unintended transaction
- The donor raises a request within 3 working days
Non-refundable cases:
- Donations made intentionally
- Completed tax exemption receipts already issued
